The contractor, Mumford & Miller Inc., continues constructing the concrete structures for the new bridges on SR141. This week, the contractor will continue to place fill for the widening of ramps from SR141 northbound and southbound to I-95 northbound and constructing the side slopes of southbound SR141. On Friday and Saturday of this week, workers will be milling and paving the approaches and the bridge on SR141 southbound. Motorists should expect delays.

LANE CLOSURES:

Motorists should expect traffic on SR141 southbound and northbound to be reduced to one lane in the construction area during the hours of 9AM to 3PM, Monday thru Saturday.

Ramp Exit 5B (NB I-295 to NB SR141/Newport) remains closed until late June 2017. Northbound SR141/Newport should use Exit 5.

The contractor, Mumford & Miller Inc., has completed driving piles on one side of both southbound and northbound SR141. They are constructing the concrete structures for the new bridges on SR141. This week, the contractor will continue to place fill for the widening of ramps from SR141 northbound and southbound to I-95 northbound and constructing the side slopes of southbound SR141.

The contractor, Mumford & Miller, Inc. have been driving piles and constructing concrete structures for the new bridges on SR141 southbound and northbound. They continue the clearing and grubbing of SR141 southbound, northbound and at ramps G and F in preparation for the bridge widening. This week, the contractor continues to place fill for the widening of ramps from SR141 northbound and southbound to I-95 northbound.

LANE CLOSURES:

Motorists should expect traffic on SR141 southbound and northbound to be reduced to one lane in the construction area during the hours of 9AM to 3PM, Tuesday thru Saturday.

Ramp Exit 5B (NB I-295 to NB SR141/Newport) remains closed until late June 2017. Northbound SR141/Newport should use Exit 5.
