Access to the Biddles Toll Plaza Customer Service Building from northbound State Route 1 will be closed on Monday, August 1, 2016 at 6:00 p.m. Motorists wishing to access the Biddles Plaza Customer Service Building must use the entrance from U.S. Route 13.

Continue dirt hauling activities on Hyetts Corner Road. Motorists should anticipate lane closures on Hyetts Corner Road between Airmont Drive and Windsor Commons with traffic alternating through the work zone utilizing a flagging operation by construction personnel from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Continue dirt hauling activities on Boyds Corner Road. Motorists should anticipate a flagging operation by construction personnel on Boyds Corner Road west of Jamison Corner Road from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

work on the SR 26 Mainline Improvement Project during the next week.
Sunday, July 31, 2016 – Night Shift

Continue final paving activities on Route 26 between Old Mill Road and Powell Farm Road.

Motorists should anticipate eastbound and westbound lane closures on Route 26 between Old
Mill Road and Powell Farm Road with traffic alternating through the work zone utilizing a
flagging operation by construction personnel and Law Enforcement from 10:30PM to 7:00AM.

Monday, August 1, 2016 through Thursday, August 4, 2016 – Nightshift
Continue final paving activities on Route 26 between Old Mill Road and Powell Farm Road.

Motorists should anticipate eastbound and westbound lane closures on Route 26 between Old
Mill Road and Powell Farm Road with traffic alternating through the work zone utilizing a
flagging operation by construction personnel and Law Enforcement from 9:00PM to 8:00AM.

Monday, August 1, 2016 through Thursday, August 4, 2016 – Dayshift

Continue placing concrete for new curb and sidewalk on Central Avenue between Route 26 and
Woodland Avenue. Motorists should anticipate northbound lane closures on Central Avenue
between Woodland Avenue and Route 26 with traffic alternating through the work zone utilizing
a flagging operation by construction personnel from 7:00AM to 5:00PM.

Begin paving driveways and entrances along Route 26 between Old Mill Road and Powell Farm
Road. Motorists should anticipate eastbound or westbound lane shifts on Route 26 at between
Old Mill Road and Powell Farm Road with both lanes getting through the work zone utilizing a
flagging operation by construction personnel from 07:00AM to 5:00PM.

SR141/I-95 Ramp Interchange Project

SR141/I-95 Ramp Interchange Project
July 15, 2016

The contractor, Mumford & Miller, Inc., continues the clearing and grubbing of SR141 southbound/northbound and at ramps G and F in preparation for bridge widening work. They are driving piles, pouring footers and have started the construction of the new bridge on SR141 southbound. Evening work will continue on SR141, I-95 and I-295 northbound for the demolition of that bridge.

LANE CLOSURES:

Motorists should expect traffic on SR141 southbound to be reduced to one lane in the construction area during the hours of 9AM to 3PM, Monday thru Friday.

Motorists should expect traffic on SR141 northbound to be reduced to one lane in the construction area during the hours of 6PM to 5AM, Monday thru Friday.

There will be multiple lane closures on NB I-95/I-295 during the evening hours from 7PM to 5AM, Monday thru Friday.

Ramp Exit 5B ( NB I-295 to NB SR141 ) is closed until late June 2017. Northbound SR141 traffic should use Exit 5.

SR141/I-95 Ramp Improvement Project

SR141/I-95 Ramp Interchange Project
July 8, 2016
The contractor, Mumford & Miller Concrete, Inc., continues the clearing of SR141 southbound/northbound and at Ramps G and F in preparation for bridge widening work. The contractor continues to drive piles on the south side of SR141 southbound bridge.
Barrier is being placed on SR141 northbound for the widening of that bridge. Evening work will take place on I-95/295 northbound for placement of concrete barrier for the start of work on Ramp G (SB SR141 to NB I-95) and Ramp F (NB SR141 to NB I-95).
LANE CLOSURES:
Motorists should expect traffic on SR141 southbound and northbound to be reduced to one lane in the construction area during the hours of 9AM to #PM, Monday thru Friday.

should anticipate eastbound or westbound lane shifts on Route 26 at Powell Farm Road with
both lanes getting through the work zone utilizing a flagging operation by construction personnel
from 07:00AM to 5:00PM.
Complete adjusting manholes along Route 26 between Roxana Road and Powell Farm Road.
Motorists should anticipate eastbound or westbound lane shifts on Route 26 at between Roxana
Road and Powell Farm Road with both lanes getting through the work zone utilizing a flagging
operation by construction personnel from 07:00AM to 5:00PM.
Begin grading for new curb and sidewalk on Central Avenue between Route 26 and Woodland
Avenue. Motorists should anticipate northbound lane closures on Central Avenue between
Woodland Avenue and Route 26 with traffic alternating through the work zone utilizing a
flagging operation by construction personnel from 9:00AM to 5:00PM.

Monday, July 11, 2016 through Thursday, July 14, 2016 – Night Shift
Continue profile milling on Route 26 from Central Avenue towards the Assawoman Canal.
Motorists should anticipate eastbound or westbound lane closures on Route 26 between Central
Avenue and the Assawoman Canal with traffic alternating through the work zone utilizing a
flagging operation by construction personnel and Law Enforcement from 9:00PM to 8:00AM.
Continue profile milling as needed on Route 26 at West Avenue, Central Avenue, Woodland
Avenue, Old Mill Road and Roxana Road. Motorists should anticipate eastbound or westbound
lane closures on Route 26 at these intersections with traffic alternating through the work zone
utilizing a flagging operation by Law Enforcement and construction personnel from 9:00PM to
8:00AM.

SR141/I-95 Project Update July 1, 2016

SR141/I-95 Ramp Interchange Project
July 1, 2016

The contractor, Mumford & Miller Concrete, Inc., will continue the clearing of SB 141 southbound along with the placement of fill as they prepare for the widening of the bridge over I-95 northbound. The contractor will be installing and pinning barriers on SR141 northbound in preparation for the demolition of that bridge. On Friday evening, July 8th, the contractor will close one lane of NB 95 for the placement of barrier.

LANE CLOSURES:

Friday night, July 8th, one lane on NB I-95 will be closed leaving three lanes of traffic for motorists.

Motorists should expect traffic on SR141 northbound and southbound to be reduced to one lane in the construction area during the hours of 9AM to 3PM, Wednesday thru Friday.

Ramp Exit 5B ( NB I-295 to NB SR141) is closed until late June 2017.

There will be no lane restrictions on Monday, July 4th or Tuesday, July 5th.
